Jeff and Jacob are great AC technicians and smart professional young men. I'm so impressed with them and grateful for the work they did after we had an unexpected drain pan crack and then a leaking coil. They were very thorough and personable. It was great meeting them. They were both rays of sunshine after dealing with a challenging situation when my AC broke and caused a water leak.

Jeff M was thorough with the seasonal cleaning of my AC system & in his explanation of what it needed to help it run more efficiently. He didn’t pressure me to make a quick decision about what needed to be done. He was patient with my questions even when I called & texted him after he left. I have been using One Hour Air for 12 years and have been very satisfied with their work.

I had an outstanding experience with my technician Jeff M. today, and I want to recognize the level of professionalism and care he brought to the job. He arrived promptly, greeted me respectfully, and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue during a callback visit. Earlier in the day, the system had been running during routine maintenance, but he took the time to dig deeper when things still didn’t seem right. He quickly identified a faulty blower motor — something that wasn’t obvious at first — and walked me through exactly what he found. He confirmed voltage, checked resistance, and even manually spun the motor to pinpoint the grinding noise. His explanation was clear, honest, and easy to understand. I really appreciated that he verified the part was still under warranty and then put together a detailed estimate that included both the blower motor replacement and a dual UV bulb option. I decided to move forward with the repair, and he handled everything smoothly, including the financing process. After the repair, he thoroughly tested the cooling system and condensate pump to make sure everything was running perfectly before he left. My unit is now running better than it has in a long time, and the entire experience felt professional, transparent, and genuinely customer‑focused. It’s rare to find a technician who combines technical skill with this level of communication and care. Highly recommended.

Noel came in good time and did a terrific job. He answered our questions and followed up on every concern that we had. He did quite a bit of investigating as to why our unit was shutting down; he found the problem and not only fixed it, but cleared up the cause of the problem.
